Restorative Justice is, quite simply, communication between a victim and offender.
Restorative Justice brings those harmed by crime or conflict and those responsible for the harm into communication, enabling everyone affected by a particular incident to play a part in repairing the harm and finding a positive way forward.
Communication with the other party can take place either directly, indirectly, or through a combination of both.
You decide how you would prefer to communicate and we will do our best to support you in getting what you want, and need, from the process.
Whilst it might not always be possible to communicate in exactly the way you first hoped, we can assure you that we will always remain focused on your personal wishes, safety and well-being.
